Ingenuity's Collective Impact Outreach Panel has been working on a two-year plan to increase the number of schools and arts partners participating in the Ingenuity ecosystem. The panel's work has helped increase the number of schools completing the Creative Schools Certification Survey to 97% in 2017 (compared to 88% in 2015-2016). For the 2017-2018 School year, the Panel is focusing on schools with a Category 4 Creative School Certification ranking, providing coaching and technical assistance to those schools in applying for, and managing, the new Arts Booster grants offered by the Creative School Fund. During this session, panel members will review lessons learned from this two-year process, including data and qualitative feedback from schools and partners. Panelists will engage the audience in a brainstorming and strategy session on how to convince more “off the grid” schools and partners to engage in Ingenuity’s citywide network.
