Arts Education Conference: Collaborating for Quality

Dedicated to entertaining, engaging, and above all, respecting its listeners with unique and quality radio programming, WFMT is committed to serving the Chicago community, and, specifically, its arts educators and students. WFMT's programming seeks to engage the next generation of not only music professionals but also arts appreciators and enthusiasts. In addition, WFMT's Bach to School program has donated thousands of CDs to supplement curriculum in Chicago-area schools. As WFMT expands its digital presence in the 21st century, producers pose another question: How can WFMT best serve arts educators in Chicago with our content? Exploring all of WFMT's offerings, they will facilitate a discussion that explores what arts educators need to supplement their curriculum and how WFMT can best serve these efforts.
